A Practical Valentine

I love getting and giving practical presents. This year for Valentines Day I got Mr. M. a dustbuster (and some tulips to make sure there is at least a little romance). Lulu loves to drag her food around the apartment and Mr. M. loves to cook. Unlike myself, he does not believe in cleaning after each stage of the cooking, so by the time all is done, let’s just say there is a lot of food in a lot of surprising places. I think the dustbuster will bring us all a lot of happiness. We’ll see what I get tonight and here is hoping that Mr. M. can combine romance, subtle criticism and practicality into that perfect gift.
